I'm back!

Sorry guys! I've been having some issues, hence the lack of posts. I've been working on a post since Thursday but we had continual blackouts (which was hekka annoying) and then my monitor blew up in my sleep. Thank the Lord that my boyfriend left a monitor here a few months ago (God is good!). So, I'm gonna finish the post I've been working on (view below) and I'll talk to you guys soon.

Summer Fruits!

I'm back! Sorry for the long break between (I was having creativity blocks). I have my new design. Finished these about a 1/2 hour ago. BTW Happy Canada Day to my fellow Canadians!

So here is the finished product:



Now here is how I got there:


Firstly, I painted 3 coats of China Glaze's "Pink Voltage (Neon)". This is a very sheer colour, but the blue-ish purple undertones make it worth it. *If you prefer non sheer colour or something without the undertone use China Glaze's "Shocking Pink (Neon)"*

The good Lord knows that I love outlandish, outrageous, hood rat/cattie nails. I truly do. I was watching this short documentary on Black Girl Long Hair and the nails in it were CRAZY! I'm not gonna show everything, but here are some highlights.

I have a UV blue light nail dryer and this is what happened when I put my nails under it. Please excuse the blurry pictures, these were taken on my Blackberry because my camera couldn't capture it correctly.
